Mark your calendars: Lamar’s second annual Parent Equipping Conference is scheduled for August 7th-8th, 2026!
Join us August 7th-8th as we invite Jonathan Williams back from Gospel Family Ministries! He will be providing us with practical tools that will transform how you lead your family. Leave this two-day training encouraged and equipped to spiritually lead your family – if you are in a season of diapers and toys or empty nesters.
Jonathan Williams is an adjunct professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, interim pastor at Wedgewood Baptist Church in Fort Worth, TX, and founder of Gospel Family Ministries. Event Details:
The Parent Equipping Conference will take place August 7th: 6:00-8:00pm & August 8th: 9:00-12:00pm at Lamar Baptist Church. Dinner and Light Brunch will be provided. Cost is $30 per adult. Childcare will be available at an additional cost. The registration deadline is August 1st.
